Ingredients
3/4 cupalmond butter
1/2cupmaple syrup
1teaspoonvanilla extract
4cupsgluten free oats
1cupraw almondssliced
1cupraw pumpkin seeds
2teaspoonssea salt

2cupsdehydrated strawberries
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325˚.
Mix the granola: In a large bowl, combine 3/4 cup almond butter, 1/2 cup maple syrup and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and mix well. Next add 4 cups of oats, 1 cup almonds, 1 cup pumpkin seeds and 2 teaspoons sea salt. Once the ingredients are well mixed, pour the granola on a baking tray and spread it out evenly.
Bake for 20 minutes on the middle rack, then stir the granola, patting down into an even layer. Continue cooking the granola for 20 more minutes. The granola should take on a toasted color.
Add the Garnish: Remove the granola from the oven and allow it to cool completely. Mix in 2 cups of dehydrated strawberries and store the granola in an airtight container.
