4cupsgluten free oats
1cupraw almondssliced
1cupraw pumpkin seeds
1/2 cupchia seeds
2teaspoonssea salt
3/4 cupalmond butter
1/2cupmaple syrup
Garnish:
2cupsdehydrated strawberries
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325˚.
Mix the granola: In a large bowl, combine the oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, salt, almond butter and maple syrup. Once the ingredients are well mixed, pour the granola on a baking tray and spread it out evenly.
Bake for 20 minutes on the middle rack, then stir the granola, patting down into an even layer. Continue cooking the granola for 20 more minutes. The granola should take on a toasted color.
Add the Garnish: Remove the granola from the oven and allow it to cool completely. Mix in the strawberries and store the granola in an airtight container.
